Step 2: Find 3 things to be grateful for within the challenge.
This might seem counterintuitive, but focusing on gratitude within a difficult situation can shift your perspective and foster acceptance. Look for small wins, silver linings, or even unexpected benefits that have emerged from this challenge.
Step 3: Journal or meditate on your findings.
